February Slow Session at SPUN Ice Cream

Event Description

Slow Food board member and SPUN co-owner Ashley Cheng will be giving a short talk on the farm-to-table concept behind Austin's first liquid nitrogen ice cream shop, which she opened with her sister Christina this winter. After a demonstration on how the ice cream is crafted on the spot as it is ordered, each participant will receive a free scoop with one topping!
