This month's Slow Session will be at Texas Keeper Cider (www.texaskeeper.com)! Come visit this artisanal cidery's taproom, tour the grounds and learn about their unique cidermaking process from cidermaker Nic. Afterward, sample current offerings... and bring cash to enjoy Guadalajaran fare from Tortas Ahogadas Texas, the on-site food trailer!
